• The Booking is Time & Date specific. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive in the correct time & date.

• It is obligatory to use a seat belt during the tour.

• Tours may be cancelled at short notice in case weather conditions are not suitable. A refund will be issued if tour cannot be rescheduled.

• Customers must inform our staff about any medical condition before the tour.

• Currency: All prices are expressed in European currency, Euros ” € “

• Rates include: Driving / guide service, use of vehicle, fuel, motorway tolls, parking.

• Unless otherwise specified in the programs, rates do not include meals, food and beverages, entrance fees to museum or monuments (if there is availability – the price is out at the price of the golf cart tour) , gratuities, anything not expressly mentioned as included.

1)the tours, if the following conditions are concluded and satisfied

pick up on time (max 30 min)
duration 3 hours (customer can finish the tour earlier)

ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

Tickets (museum)are not refundable.
Cancellation policy does not apply to purchased tickets.
We cannot get a refund from the museums, galleries or excavation areas we purchase the tickets for and therefore we cannot refund them.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations must be received in writing.(sms , email whatsapp) Cancellation requests by telephone only are not accepted

• Complete refund – At least 72 Hours before the Tour schedule.

• 50% refund – At least 48 Hours before the Tour schedule.

•0% refund – At least 24 Hours before the Tour schedule.

• We will give you the possibility to reschedule the tour, in case we are available, if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour.

• Payment will not be refunded for any other reason such as , change of travel plans, illness, missed flight etc , noshow.

After 30 min the tour will be canceled without refund
